The hottest club we’ve found lately looks like the last place you’d ever stop your car. The Hot Spot sits out in rural Pierson, Florida near Daytona, and from the outside it honestly feels like you’re pulling up to an abandoned building. Then you walk through the gate and realize you’ve stumbled into a true lifestyle speakeasy: pool area, hot tubs, a dance space, playrooms on multiple levels, and even a dungeon room that’s as wild as it sounds.

We give you the real “what to expect” rundown for this private membership lifestyle club: who it’s best for, how the vibe changes with themed party nights, why being willing to talk to strangers matters, and what you need to plan ahead because it’s off the beaten path. We also share our best tips, including BYOB and BYOC basics, why we think it’s a solid value compared to bigger clubs, and a huge bonus that more couples should take advantage of: you can camp on-site, from tents to SUVs to boondocking in an RV.

Plus, we drop breaking news from our world. We’ve partnered with LS Events out of New Orleans, and we talk about two bucket-list lifestyle events: Sultry Spirits (October 2026, Halloween season in New Orleans) and a 2028 Mardi Gras experience that combines a Bliss Cruise with hotel takeovers after you get back to land. We wrap with a mailbag question on fitness while RVing full time, including the routines, gym strategies, and compact gear that keep us consistent on the road.

If you like lifestyle travel, swinger-friendly events, and honest tips that make nights out better, subscribe, share this with your favorite lifestylers, and leave a review so more couples can find us.

Florida Delay And RV Repairs

SPEAKER_00

hey everybody. Welcome to episode on Hotspot. We have found the great little, I tell you, this is an amazing little place in Pearson, Florida. We're about to tell you all about it. But first, what we are going what's going on in our world?

SPEAKER_01

Well, we've been sidelined in Florida a little bit.

SPEAKER_00

Just a little bit.

SPEAKER_01

You guys, we went to have our rig, um, the annual maintenance looked at. And so that's you know like a roof inspection, and they look at a variety of things. Well, one of the slide outs on our rig is uh broken, and they told us that you really shouldn't drive anywhere and keep opening and closing the slide unless you want it to stay open and not closed. So we're sidelined in Florida, waiting on a part from the manufacturer, and so we're hanging out. We should be in Tennessee at this point, but we are in Florida. It's all right. It's okay.

SPEAKER_00

We are in central Florida and we've been doing some fishing, and we've been enjoying ourselves, and we decide to take advantage of this and come over here and party at this place called the Hot Spot. So we're all bring it to you guys as well.

SPEAKER_01

That's

Breaking News LS Events Partnership

SPEAKER_01

right.

SPEAKER_00

Yep.

SPEAKER_01

Also, huge in our world. This is breaking news.

SPEAKER_00

This should be like one of those Fox News interruptions.

SPEAKER_01

Fox news. Um we have partnered with LS Events. LS Events is a brand new organization out of New Orleans. It is lifestyle events. They are gonna do a variety of different activities, hotel takeovers, parties, things like that. The people who put LS Events together, they have been doing lifestyle events for 15 and 10 years. It's two couples, put it together, and it is going to be a classy vibe, elevated experience, and they're all about putting the lifestyle couple first. Absolutely. And they're pushing our community. And when they reached out to us and asked us to join them, we could not say.

SPEAKER_00

No, we had to jump in. And we did. And so they've got a couple events coming up. The first one is called Sultry Spirits. It's coming up this October, October 2026. It's in New Orleans, right around the time frame of Halloween. So if you can imagine Halloween partying on Bourbon Street, you don't want to miss it.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. That one is a partial hotel takeover, and it is um going to have um parties at night, but also bar crawls during the day, some takeovers of hotel or takeovers of bars on Bourbon Street. That's definitely going to be a good time.

SPEAKER_00

And I heard they also do a foam party.

SPEAKER_01

They do.

SPEAKER_00

I love a foam party.

SPEAKER_01

And then they have on-site playrooms at the hotel too.

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

The second event is actually coming up in 2028, and they're partnering with our other favorite group, Bliss Cruises, and they're doing a Bliss Cruise out of New Orleans just before Mardi Gras. But then they're also having a hotel takeover party after you come back from the cruise. Yes. During Mardi Gras. Could you imagine?

SPEAKER_01

Yes, it is an 11-night combo. So six nights at sea, five nights on land, but it is celebrating Mardi Gras. I've never done Mardi Gras because I'm a little nervous to go by myself. And this time I don't have to go by myself. I'm going with experts. I'm so excited about it.

SPEAKER_00

This will be the event for you guys if you're on the same boat. If you're a little bit nervous about you know going to Mardi Gras or going to New Orleans, even uh this will be the event of a lifetime. That's right. It will be amazing. So that's 2028. And at the very end, we'll put out uh all of our links, and you can go down there and you can see where you can find all that information out about how to join us on those two events.

SPEAKER_01

That's right. You can book the Sultry Spirits and the Mardi Gras extravaganza directly from our uh link. So check the show notes. Also, um, I wanted to mention for the Mardi Gras event, it is multiple hotel takeovers. And already, you guys, 2028, already there's over 200 cabins booked on the cruise.

SPEAKER_00

Can you imagine? And 2028, they've already booked over 200 rooms.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, exactly.

SPEAKER_00

So you gotta hit that button.

SPEAKER_01

If you want to go, if you have any interest in going, jump on it fast because it's going to sell out.

SPEAKER_00

All right. I think we've covered everything we've got going on in our life up to this time up to this point. So when we come back, we will start our episode on the hot spots. And we can't wait to bring it to you guys.

Inside The Hot Spot Speakeasy

SPEAKER_00

All right, we're back, and we're here talking about the hot spot. And what a better place to do it from than Veronica's closet, their little uh dungeon that they have here in this amazing little club. And we're gonna tell you all about what you're gonna need to know if you're thinking about coming to a spot like this called the hot spot. So, what is the hotspot? Miss Cora.

SPEAKER_01

It is a needle in the haystack, it is a small lifestyle venue. This venue was actually built in the 1940s. On the outside of the building, it looks abandoned. Not even gonna kid you. It looks something out of a sci-fi movie.

SPEAKER_00

Guys, if you're listening to this on a podcast, you're missing out because we have done a walkthrough video of this place, as well as you're obviously on the YouTube channel, you can see it. But I'll tell you, if you see this place from the outside, you'd drive right on by it and you wouldn't know that all the sexy fun goes down right here.

SPEAKER_01

That's exactly true. When we first pulled up, we thought we have to be in the wrong place. What is going on? This building, like I said, it was built in the 40s, it's been used for a variety of things. It's been used for a gas station, a restaurant, a feed store, someone's home, and even in the 50s, it was a brothel.

SPEAKER_00

I love it. It was a brothel. And when you see the walkthrough, I'll tell you, we've walked through and we've done a look, yeah, you'll look at some of the rooms, you'll be like, uh, now it makes sense. Yes, it is really flipping cool. It is probably one of the coolest places uh we've ever been to. Exactly. Just by the the uh history and whatever it goes on here. Uh but when you're driving down the road, like I said, you'll you'll see a fence, you'll see the building, but everybody parks behind the fence that have uh entrances and all that to where you would never know anything was going on here. Nothing.

SPEAKER_01

It's very under the undercover radar. And so it's almost like a lifestyle speakeasy.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And it's a small venue. So you guys, this is like someone's kind of like someone's house. It it's it's kind of big, but not like huge. Yeah I would say the place probably would hold three or four hundred people. Um, so and that would be that would be a big perk.

SPEAKER_00

And it's not like it'd be crowded either with those three or four hundred people. There's plenty of space for everybody to do everything. They have a pool area out back, they have hot tubs, they have the playrooms on the first floor, they have a dance club, and upstairs they have more playrooms. So there's plenty of space. It's an amazing little uh venue. And we, like I said, we fell in love with this place right from the get-go. This is our second time here. Uh, we came last uh July for Fourth July weekend, had an amazing time. We parked our rig right out front, which we were like, whoa, this is a little scary. But once we walked inside the gates and had you know, we had the time of our life, we had to come back and we want to do an episode just like we're doing right now and talking to you guys and giving you guys information about the hot spot. So I think we've covered what it is.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, now who who comes here?

SPEAKER_00

Well, honestly, from our experience and what who we met here and what we've been you know told by the um the new owners, it's an under new ownership. They've only owned the place for seven years, and trust me, they've done a great job of uptake and doing a lot of work and take care of this place. They put in a pool out back, the hot tubs, uh, but really to answer the question of who, it's all those people that are looking for an adventure. They want to do an off-the-cusp, you know, chill environment. If you're in the Daytona area, we are just what 30 minutes from Daytona, we're just north of Pearson, Florida. So if you're in that area and you want to do something a little adventurous and you're just not sure exactly what you want to do, this is the spa if you're looking to do a lifestyle event. Now, uh, we'll get into a little bit more of the details, you know, how you can find information about this place, but really it is just about for those people. Now, I will say though, if you're a wallflower and you have a hard time actually talking to people or introducing yourself or you know making that connection to break the ice, this might not be the place for you. This is kind of for those this kind of place would be for the seasoned lifestyle people that look to do something a little different.

SPEAKER_01

Or someone who's willing to talk to strangers because that's that's what it is. If you come here and it's just you and your spouse, you and your girlfriend, significant other, you're if you don't talk to anyone else, you're just going to be hanging out with each other.

SPEAKER_00

Um all that stuff that your parents told you about back in the you know 60s and 70s as we were growing up about not talking to strangers, that that stops here. You have to talk to people and introduce yourself and find people here. Right.

SPEAKER_01

So that's really um and I would say age range of people, it was all over the map. Whenever we were here for 4th of July last year, there were 30 somethings to 60 somethings. And I'd say probably the median age was maybe 45. Yeah. Maybe 45 or so. Um, and every every time there's a party, it changes. The vibe kind of changes as well. So if you like to party with a group of people, another thing we would recommend is to bring people with you to party here. So maybe um tell 10 or 12 of your bestest friends to say, hey, let's pick this weekend to go to the hot spot. We'll go and do it together, and then you can come together as a group. That would be another way to experience a hot spot.

SPEAKER_00

That'd be a great time, great place to come uh with a group of people.

Where When How To Go

SPEAKER_00

All right, so we've covered everything about the hoop. We're going to next. We are going to talk about the where. So, as I mentioned, it is in just north of Pearson, Florida, uh, which is on the if nobody's really familiar with Florida and all, it's on the East Coast side. So we're about 30 minutes to the west of Daytona. So just inland from Daytona, uh on Highway 17, just north of Pearson. It is a great little place out of the beaten path. Uh, I'll tell you, it's a it's a lot of fun. We're excited. We're actually here to take part in the party tonight. And tonight's theme is um uh little sexy short dress. A little sexy short dress. So if all those people out there just can't wait to see me in a little short dress, it's not gonna happen. Not gonna happen. I'm sorry, there's gonna be no pictures about that uh nor a YouTube channel or any of the other stuff. But uh tonight's uh so that's the other great thing, too, is we we've had we've didn't mention this before in the what, but they do do theme parties here. So when they do do the parties here, they're all themed. So tonight is the uh little sexy dress uh theme.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah, every party is themed. Also, um I did want to mention that it is uh in the country, it is rural where we are at. I think like the closest gas station is like three miles away, but that's that's it. Like that there's just a gas station. Um and so it is rural. So if you're coming this way, be sure to bring whatever you need with you uh because there's no, you know, like stores.

SPEAKER_00

That's a good point around the store. That's a very good point. Yeah. All right, so we've covered the where. So Mr. The When.

SPEAKER_01

When they do parties two times a month on Saturday nights. And the parties, this is important, is from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. And they pretty much shut everything down right at 3 a.m. Um and they do do some holiday weekends. We were here last year um over the Fourth of July weekend. We came on a Friday and we stayed until Sunday. Yep and they had day parties and we enjoyed the pool during the day. It was clothing optional, of course, and of course we were naked. Um but a very pricey. Well, when we had theme theme uh clothes, we did. Um, but it was really a great relaxing weekend because not a lot of people were here, so it's not that like massive party all day long with bumping music. It's quiet and chill and just uh, you know, a regular pool, um, you know, just a chill environment.

SPEAKER_00

And they have St. Andrew's Crosses. I mean, I mean, look at this. Look at this backdrop, Oran. This is amazing, right? This is pretty cool.

SPEAKER_01

If you are listening on podcasts, be sure you come back to the YouTube channel and watch the walkthrough episode because the dungeon, which is called Verona's Closet, is where we're filming this app from right now.

SPEAKER_00

Very cool. All right, so now let's talk about the uh how. So, the information you need to get out there is the how. Go to banging.com. It's on uh they're on IG, they're on Facebook, and they also have their own little um podcast as well. So get out there, get the information about this place. It's almost like a little uh lifestyle speakeasy, which is I absolutely love about this place. Yes, I think it's fantastic just for that own that draw itself. Like I said, the history of this place and everything else that goes along with it is fun, and I just cannot wait for the night. Like I said, we've been here twice and we'll definitely be coming back. Um, but we've love it here, and uh, you know, that's how you can get a hold of now. I will say too on the part of the how, I almost forgot this part, and this is extremely important, guys. Because I know you're the ones that always take care of this for the ladies and everything. Uh, for your memberships and everything, go to bangingevents.com. There is a membership because it is a private club that you have to buy a membership. The memberships are cheap. I'm not gonna say any prices because they change on a routine basis. So just get your information from the bangandevents.com uh website, and then you'll have everything you need to know about coming to an event here.

SPEAKER_01

So bang and events is the company that owns the hotspot. So that's why the webpage is Bangin' Events. And they do sometimes, and they have intention of perhaps doing other activities outside of the hotspot, but they're the ones that own the hotspot, the actual physical house, the hotspot. And um, and so that's why the website is Bangin Events. I will link the website and all of the socials down in the show notes. So be sure to go down there, follow them on their socials so you see what the themes are of the parties. They do a good job at uh disseminating that information.

SPEAKER_00

Did we miss anything? Did we go to the phone?

SPEAKER_01

I don't think on the on the how. Uh we do have the why. The why why would you come to the hospital?

SPEAKER_00

I say it every time. Why the hell not? If you're looking I'm we're getting I was told I can't say that in this one. So I had to come up with something new. If you want a and I remember 2026 is my year of being adventurous. So if you want a lifestyle adventurous, this would be a display. This would be the place. This would be the place to come check it out, especially if you're down in the Daytona area, you're there with family, you got the kids, and you want to get away. You want to get away, 30 minutes away, and this place, I'm I promise you, you will not have a bad time here. You'll have a blast.

SPEAKER_01

Well, the the other why, I think, is because it's different. It's different than the other clubs that you know we've gone to and that people frequent all the time. This is it's different, it's a different vibe, and that's what we want to bring you. We want to bring you all of the different places and the different vibes.

SPEAKER_00

And although it is a play on premise lifestyle club with BYOB, like bring your own booze, BYOC, bring your own condoms. Uh, although that's all that you know, it's but it is so different than any other place we've ever been to. And that's what I I keep love, I love about this place, and it keeps drawing me back, is is the the draw that is just different.

SPEAKER_01

Right. And it's like I've like um you said before, it's like a speakeasy because it's it's kind of underground. Not a lot of people know about it, not a lot of people visit, but it is a fun vibe if you're looking for some adventure. And and you have to be adventurous to come to a place like this. This is off the beaten path, it's the needle in the haystack, yeah. Um, and it's very, very unique.

SPEAKER_00

Very unique, and we love it.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, okay. Now

Tips Etiquette And First Visit Story

SPEAKER_01

our section is just the tips. Just the tips.

SPEAKER_00

My favorite part. Yeah. So my first tip is, and we did this obviously as I said in the beginning, we did this when we were here first. The first time we came here last year in July, they do offer the ability for you to camp here. Uh last time we were here in Fort July, there were some people actually camping in little tents uh in the back. We obviously had our RV out front, uh, so we had everything we needed right here with us. So it's another great thing is you can come here and you can actually stay the night and enjoy yourself, not have to get, you know, worry about driving home afterwards and stuff like that.

SPEAKER_01

Now, with the camping, it is it is boondocking, so dry camping. So there's no hookups or anything like that. But if you want to bring a tent, some people even slept in their car or slept in their like SUV, they put the seats down, just slept there overnight, got up the next morning, drove home. Um, for us, we have a generator on board. So for us, we threw on that generator and had our air conditioners going, and it was just perfect. Coffee in the morning, cattle coffee in the morning, it was fantastic. And so they do offer that as well, which is really nice when you're out in a rural spot. You don't want to drive home late at night, and sometimes it's nice just to crash, wake up the next morning, and then be on your merry way.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and another thing too, uh, you know, we haven't talked about this yet either, but I think it's also important to bring up. So, yeah, they do have a membership fee and they have a cost that you have to pay to, you know, come and join this place. However, they have great facilities here, bathrooms everywhere. They also put on, they have a little snack area where they have snacks available for you, and they have soda and everything here. Uh, you put your drinks, your alcohol anyway, into a BYOB, and you put your drinks in the cooler, but they provide so much stuff here. To me, I think it's a bargain uh when you're thinking about how much you'd normally cost to go to a club or a resort or whatever. This place is perfect.

SPEAKER_01

Right.

SPEAKER_00

Yep.

SPEAKER_01

Very I think for us, and I want to say it was it would be like a less than a hundred dollar night.

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely.

SPEAKER_01

And that is very different than the other clubs that we go to, especially with all the drinking we do. Exactly. And it it's nice just to have your own bottle in the fridge. You go out, you can pour your own drinks. They have ice machines here. Um you don't have to bring your ice, they have the um soda, but you would need to bring mixers if you you know drink.

SPEAKER_00

And they've got a sibian if you're looking for a sibian. I mean, I mean, what else, right? Along with the crosses. Yeah. All right, so that was uh all about the just the tips. One other thing we want to bring to you guys is we want to talk about a little bit of a story just to kind of give you an idea of how things went for us here first time we came. So the first time we came here, like I said, we've said it a couple times during this is Fourth July last year.

SPEAKER_01

And you know what? That was one of our shakedown trips. That was what we were doing with the rig because we had only had our RV a couple of months at that point, and we wanted to go somewhere and purposely boondock and run the generator and see how long our water lasted us in the tanks and that kind of thing. That's exactly what we were doing.

SPEAKER_00

That's exactly what we were doing. So we decided to come over here, and I tell you, we had a blast. The first night we uh went out to the uh pool area. Actually, we were out on the deck and we met some people, uh, I think it was three couples, and they asked, Hey, do you guys want to go join us in the pool? So we went to the pool, and remember, we jumped in the pool, and I think we kept our clothes on for a little while. We stayed uh, we we had uh some reason I want to say I had a bathing suit or something anyway. But uh we were in the pool hanging out, and the girls, there was so it must have been three couples altogether. Uh so there was the three girls, you guys started kissing and making out in the pool. And next thing I know, one of the girls comes over and says, Do you mind if I give you a blowjob? And I was like, Ha ha, are you kidding me? Of course, go right ahead. But what I thought was really cool though, and this is something we can talk about was the girl actually looked at you and asked you, Do you mind if I give your husband a blowjob?

SPEAKER_01

That's what was said first, and that is good lifestyle etiquette, ladies and gentlemen. It's always good to ask the partner first if if that if that's allowed or if that's their play dynamic. It's good, it's just good etiquette.

SPEAKER_00

Good etiquette, and it's also you don't want to piss anybody off in a lifestyle event, too. So it's always good to just be on the up and up, right? So anyway, that happened. We got, you know, but everybody got warmed up, and then they're like, You guys want to take it inside and maybe go find a playroom? We were like, sure, absolutely. So we went upstairs and upstairs in this place, and I'm sorry, guys, on the podcast, but uh upstairs, they have this great big room as you get upstairs. And if you can picture a big four-poster bid, I think that's what they call it. Yeah, four with the big posts, they had chains and everything off of it. And I thought it was a great idea to tie up uh Miss Cora and put a blindfold on her, and then the other two couples and I got to enjoy uh touching and doing different things to Miss Cora, and then next thing you know, I just turned on to a sixum on the middle of the bed, and we had a blast. It was a great, great night. And uh so great that we decided uh well, we stayed around for the second day and we had a great time, and the rest of the weekend would went just fine too.

SPEAKER_01

So then on Saturday during the day, we just hung out at the pool all day long. It was really nice just to relax by the pool. Saturday night, the party was a little bit bigger. Yep. Um, we did play again Saturday night with some other couples, and um, it was just a chill vibe. And then Sunday, I think we got up, and I think in the morning we did get in the pool again and just relaxed, and then got in our rig and drove back to Tampa.

SPEAKER_00

And we left with smiles on our faces, I promise you. It was great. It was good.

SPEAKER_01

It was a good weekend. Yeah, all right, very good.

SPEAKER_00

So that's our story about how everything went. Now, um maybe in the next episode or a couple episodes down the road, we might be able to come back and talk about how things went tonight. So we'll see how that goes. All right, we'll be right back. We've got

Mailbag Staying Fit On The Road

SPEAKER_00

our mailbag, and this you guys want to stick around for this one because this one's a little bit different, but our mailbag question of the day is coming up and it's a little bit different, so you want to stick around for it. It's coming up right after this break.

SPEAKER_01

All right, our mailbag question today has to do with lifestyle, RV travel. So the couple messaged us on an email and said, We want to be full-time RVers, but we take our help and fitness very serious. How do you too um put fitness as a top priority in living RV full time?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, well, and quite honestly, the very first yeah, the first thing that comes to my mind when thinking of that is you have to make it a priority. You do. I mean, that's the very first thing. If you don't make it a priority, It's never going to happen. So we make it a priority to that's the first thing we're going to do every day that we plan on going to the gym. We don't go to the gym every day, but uh whenever we do, we make it sure that we do it first so that way there nothing else gets in the way because it's too easy for that to get away from you. However, on an RV too, though, there's many different ways you can work out. And um, what are some of those ideas that you can come up with, Miss Gore?

SPEAKER_01

Well, before that, I wanted to mention that um the gyms. So we are um members at two different gyms that are nationwide, and those two gyms, um, every place we've been so far, we have one of those options um that we can actually travel to. And sometimes when we pick an RV site, it has to do with is it close to the gym or not?

SPEAKER_00

And also, though, and I had to throw this out there that if you make it a priority, like I was saying at the beginning, if you make it a priority and you go do it, you can also find little mom and pop gyms. Yes. So we were staying down in South Central Florida uh last summer, and we had to drive a little ways to find a gym, but it was a family-owned gym, and but the people were there were so amazing. Yeah, they actually gave us a key and said, You all come anytime you want. It was so yeah, we had a great time while we were there and got a workout in, enjoyed it, and it was like next to nothing cost-wise.

SPEAKER_01

And I think also when we've traveled before, um when we were at another place that didn't have a low a gym that we were a membership of, we went to a local and it was like 20 bucks for the both of us for a whole week membership. And I'm like, Oh, that's easy. Okay. Also, some of the RV parks we've been to have little gyms in them. Yep. Um, and that is you know is handy. Some of them are like a hotel gym. Um, you know, we can make it work. And then, but lastly, last resort for us is we do have equipment on the rig. We have bands and a couple of sets of dumbbells and a suspension trainer that we can work out at the actual rig if we need to.

SPEAKER_00

Now, of course, space is of a you know high commodity when you have a 300 square foot little house that you're driving around in. So I would tell you guys, maybe this might be covered in just the tips. When you are, you know, getting a workout equipment, you might want to have multi-use workout equipment. So we obviously have you know bands and stuff, but but they're also really good for tying up people and maybe you know trying to get that adventurous side of you again, right? So think of that as well.

SPEAKER_01

Multi-purpose equipment. Well, I guess I could I guess I could pull out my uh wrist restraints and use those with the bands as well, you know.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, put jugs of water on them, you're all set, you're good to go. Um, but that's how we do it on the road on the road and on the road.

SPEAKER_01

And then I think the biggest um hurdle that we face is actually getting enough steps in because that can be kind of tricky, is getting enough daily movement in. So I have to be really intentional, saying, okay, we just finished dinner, let's go for a walk, and to go out and get, you know, our our steps. So I I try to hit that eight to ten thousand step mark daily, and that can be a challenge.

SPEAKER_00

And this might be a good little thing too to think of is if you are thinking about RVing and you know, just your husband and wife, spouse, whatever, uh get a dog. They're gonna make you want to walk. Or they're gonna make you walk because you gotta take them out and you gotta walk them and you gotta take care of them. And we have our little uh our little pet, our little corgi on board with us, and uh that's how we typically get our steps.

SPEAKER_01

Now, not as many as we'd like to some days, but hey, it's something we have to be intentional about, and that's just like working out though. Whenever you have a brick and mortar home, it's the same way. If you're not intentional about it, it doesn't happen.

SPEAKER_00

And as I've told you guys in the past, uh we found out when you move to Florida, be prepared. It's a year-round sport down here. Lifestyle and swinging is a year-round sport, so you can't take the winners off, you can't have those donuts or watching football games and eating three pizzas. You have to, you know, you gotta take care of yourself. So that is a very good question. Thank you for the
